Saint Asaph Square is a 108-unit condominium complex, built in 1982, located in Old Town Alexandria’s southeast quadrant. It has a mix of one bedroom, two bedroom and loft style condominiums. Among its amenities are underground parking and a swimming pool.

Our community is bounded by South Saint Asaph, Jefferson, South Pitt and Green Streets. Saint Asaph Square is conveniently located one block from the shops and restaurants on South Washington Street. It’s a short walk to both King Street and Jones Point Park. DASH and Metro buses are just steps away.​

Founded by Scottish tobacco merchants in the 1700s, Old Town Alexandria is a preserved historic district located within sight of Washington, D.C. along the Potomac River. The City of Alexandria is home to many art galleries, history museums and boutiques. It is minutes from Ronald Reagan National Airport and Mount Vernon.
